Now that I have moved past the denial phase, owned up to my addiction to sweats lack of style and completed my list of requirements...it is time for step 3: FIND some style. There are so many great style blogs out there. I get 1 bajillion catalogues in the mail each day. TJ Maxx has even coined its own cheesy term "maxxonista". Shouldn't be too hard to find what I am looking for but I do need to start with a niche. Just like watching my boys learn how to walk, I have to start with small steps. What is the next step up from lounge wear? A basic T, cute jeans. I can dress it up or down. Here some basics I am considering:
Also, a friend of mine (thanks Ms. K!) turned me on to this great blog Fabulous Florida Mommy. I love the pieces she puts together. Everything is so clean, classic and easy, not over done. Its style without the hype.
